Can Knockdown is a great take on the traditional carnival game of the same nature. However; this US$2 app game revs things up a bit:
Power Shot!
There are different types of cans to be knocked down – or avoided. Normal silver cans being knocked down will give you standard points (if your baseball is pitched at ‘power’ speed you will get more points). Green ‘extra ball’ cans will give you another life (ball), and an extra opportunity to destroy any remaining cans. The red explosive cans are for the lazy pitchers, who only want to hit one can, which explodes and destroys the balance of other stacked cans. The skull cans leave you with a -3000 point penalty if knocked down, but sometimes you just can’t avoid them:

There are 9 different environment; each with 20 levels. You have to accumulate stars by completing levels; and once you have a pre-determined amount of stars you will be able to advance to a new environment. If you are impatient like me; you can just pay the extra US$2 to unlock all the environments:
